I’ve ordered from hammacher.com a couple of times now, and overall the prices feel reasonable. Fair. It’s not always the cheapest option online, but the stuff I bought seemed nicer than the random products I’ve taken chances on elsewhere.

"Warranty help was kind of a letdown"
I bought from Hammacher because I figured the warranty would make things simple if anything went wrong, but when my item stopped working it was more of a hassle than I expected, support took longer than I hoped to get back to me and then they kept asking for details I had already sent, which got frustrating.

They did eventually respond and it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I felt like I had to keep following up just to get a straight answer, and for what I paid I really thought the warranty support would feel smoother and more helpful.

Checkout was mostly easy overall, it just took a bit longer to load than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I did sit there for a second wondering if my coffee was getting cold, which it definitely was. Once it finished loading, everything went through fine.
